Our organic matcha is of ceremonial quality. We use our first flush of tea leaves from the season. The leaves are grown hidden by sun for more than 3 weeks before harvest, this creates more theanine and Umami flavor.

It is said that 70% of the nutritional value remains in the used tea leaves. By drinking Matcha, you consume the entire leaf and therefore all of its health benefits.
